Are the items authentic?

Yes. Every item at VT Closet is donated by individuals who own them. Designer and branded pieces are verified by our team before being listed. If you have any questions about a specific item's authenticity, don't hesitate to reach out.

What condition are the items in?

Each product listing specifies the item's condition — either Like New, Gently Used, or New with Tags. All items are carefully inspected before being listed. If you'd like more details or additional photos, contact us on WhatsApp.

Can I try items on before buying?

Absolutely. You are always welcome to visit us in-store at our boutique in Ashrafieh, Beirut to browse and try pieces on in person.

Are items available exclusively online or also in-store?

Both. Items are listed online and also available in our physical boutique in Ashrafieh. Since each piece is one of a kind, availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once an item is sold, it is removed from the website.

What is your return policy?

Given the nature of pre-loved items and the charitable purpose of every sale, all purchases are final. We encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about sizing, condition, or fit.

What types of items can I donate?

We welcome clothing, shoes, bags, accessories, and jewellery for women, men, and children. Items can be pre-loved or brand new with tags. Designer and branded pieces are particularly valued, but all quality items are welcome.

How do I donate a piece?

You can drop off your donation directly at our boutique in Ashrafieh, or contact us on WhatsApp to arrange a pickup at your convenience. Visit our How It Works page for full details.

Will I receive a receipt for my donation?

Yes. Upon receiving your donation, our team will provide you with an acknowledgement. If you require any specific documentation, please let us know when you get in touch.

Where does the money go?

All proceeds from VT Closet go directly toward supporting underprivileged families through Volunteers Together. Funds are allocated based on the most urgent needs at any given time
